Opening Reception on Friday, August 29th 4-8 PM.


The Annual Wabash Valley Exhibition invites artists residing in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee in painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and new media. Over $8,000 in prizes are awarded annually. The Swope Art Museum is collaborating with Indiana State University Yang Family Art Gallery while the Swope is closed for renovations. The Museum will re-open January 2026.






MEET OUR JUROR


Tony Gant received his MFA from Yale University, as well as a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute. He is Professor Emeritus of Art at Knox College in Galesburg, IL. Gant has received Mellon Grants to Spain, and several research grants from Knox College. He has created ephemeral and temporary land art projects in Sorbas, Spain; Rose Park Plaza/Grand Rapids Art Museum, Michigan; Mojacar, Spain; and at Knox College’s Biological field stations. He has exhibited in La Barquilla Gallery, Sorbas Spain; Riverfront Museum, Peoria, IL; Prince Street Gallery, NY; and Artemisia Gallery, Chicago. Gant is a member of Confluence Collective in Spain.
