Making Sense: Sarah Paulsen

Attempting to make sense of her life, Paulsen examines identity through intimate stories that comment on larger social issues. Featured are several bodies of work from her recent book, Mother(ing) as Meditation and her research on the invention of whiteness in the United States. She is a painter and stop animation filmmaker based in St. Louis.
