Flotsam and Jetsam features three Indiana artists working in collage and assemblage using found materials, particularly discarded materials.  Flotsam and Jetsam is a hopeful exhibition, for the artists in the exhibition transform discarded rubbish into wondrous, humorous and even beautiful objects.  The artists rarely hide the original identity of the materials they use.  Their creation of art objects from a variety of debris causes viewers to contemplate the world in new and unexpected ways.  Some of the work is made of items scrounged directly from the Wabash and Ohio Rivers, while other work features material that was rescued elsewhere along the flow of solid waste disposal.  The participating artists are Michael Tingley of Terre Haute, Sayaka Ganz of Fort Wayne and Rob Millard-Mendez of Evansville.
