    The Summer Youth Art Program

Program Mission
The Swope Summer Youth Art Programs were created to give children and teenagers with an interest in art an opportunity to study with professional artists and instructors. Classes are designed to teach students basic skills and provide them mentorship to fine-tune their abilities. Students will be exposed to artistic theory, learn about artists, practice varying techniques and create their own original works of art.

So, what can the Summer Youth Art Programs offer your child?

- Semi-private art lessons with experienced art educators for approximately $6 an hour.
- Small class sizes for individual attention.
- A variety of class offerings for a range of experience levels.
- Morning and Afternoon sessions to accommodate your schedule.
- A museum setting to supply education and inspiration.
- All necessary materials.
- Discounts for Museum members and early registration for Art Hoppers members.

Sound interesting? Classes start in June and run through August. Space is limited, so get those registrations in early!
