Join Executive Director, Brian Lee Whisenhunt, for a lunch discussion of the painting Etaples, France, created in 1911 by African American Hoosier painter William Edouard Scott.
Participants will meet in the David and Joan Zaun Gallery at the Swope for a brief talk which puts the work in the context of the American Impressionist movement. Afterward, the discussion will continue over lunch at one of Downtown Terre Haute's excellent restaurants. Dutch treat, no reservations!
